Periodization

Every form of physical activity is a certain stressor for your body to which it adapts. For long-term performance development in sport, it is essential to keep an eye on all stressors and only provide the necessary and specifically important stimuli at the right time to help athletes progress. To do this well requires extensive expertise and knowledge of the respective sport and its stress parameters. In consultation with the other coaches, we can create a plan that improves the fundamentals of your or your team's performance and also reduces the risk of injury.
Recovery

This factor is extremely important, especially when a high level of performance or a high load density is required through the specific sport. We are at your side and will help you with the important factors of the recovery process and the question of what is actually really effective and necessary. Is it the ice bath? Stretching after sport? A good night's sleep or where are the decisive factors to ensure that every athlete is recovered and fit again as quickly as possible and can stand on the pitch or sit in the saddle the next day.
NUTRITION

Nutrition is rightly becoming more and more important when it comes to improving performance. As an athlete or as a team, you always want to get every last per cent out of yourself and it is therefore essential to know what you eat, drink and when and how much. In order to be able to answer this precisely, it is very important to know and be able to evaluate the specific requirement profiles of the sport and the associated physiological processes, while still keeping the individual athletes in mind. Everyone has their own needs and preferences when it comes to drinking and nutrition. As an experienced team, we want to support and help you individually and get even more out of your or your teams performance.

We are qualified sports scientists and physios and have worked with various teams (handball, tennis, rugby etc.) over the last few years in their preparation or throughout the season, making them fitter and stronger and, most importantly, keeping them healthy.
A large team and good athletes therefore need a strong partner at their side who can take over the planning and management of the strength & conditioning traning.
Such support always starts with specific initial testing of the team and then moves on to a progressive load planning. This progression and the entire plan must be tailored to the specific sport, both according to physiological requirements (anaerobic vs. aerobic metabolism, running distances, competition or match duration, etc.) and according to typical injury patterns (ankle sprains, cruciate ligament tears, shoulder dislocations, etc.).
With our knowledge from our studies, scientific articles & many further training courses as well as many years of practical experience with different teams and athletes, we have a high level of expertise to provide you and your team with the best possible support.
